Took 100% inventory of All details in the house with existing appliances if any small repairs needed to happened in order for good working condition they were very resourceful and able to take care of it in-house with their own team! Very impressive! Did not have to worry about my phone ringing every other day. They also help us to sell a property, they guided us through and negotiate a higher, fair price and gave their honest opinion on things we had in our favor so we didn't give up too much of our profit that wasn't necessary ,All due to the experience and the knowledge that they have from being in the market and negotiating many transactions before ours!
